Travel Industry and COVID-19

As the effects of the new coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, take their toll on the travel industry, the VELTRA Travel Agent team will continue to be monitoring the situation so that we can do whatever we can to assist you during these trying times.

We are in constant communication with all of our activity providers so that we can have the most up to date availability and information on our website, and should your clients need to cancel their travels, most, if not all of the activities are being fully refunded.

While we currently experience a dip in travel bookings, we are confident that the industry will bounce back once the progress of COVID-19 slows down and is eradicated, and we will be here, ready to assist you when that time comes.
